They are St. George Public School, govt. high school, St. Mary's Public School and KMEA Engg college. Hospitals are Samaritan Hospital, Thaqdees Hospital and Aishwarya Hospital. There are mostly local markets in that place. But you can also find some shopping centres like Kallens Shopping Centre and Thuruthummel Gift House also there.
