Latest Answer: Thanks to the aiadmk government ,it has changed the plan from 3tier bridge to 2 tier bridge ,because 3 tier bridge is not necessary in places like gandhipuram, underground proposed in 3 tier plan will lead to water stagnation , and underground will be ideal place for criminals . aiadmk government is moving in right direction
