Latest Answer: Hi,
I agree with Abdul's statement. Even I was looking to buy property in Miyapur at that time and research a lot. I was plesently surprised to know the infrastructural development in the locality and the price appreciation in last 5 years. I still expect it to go higher mainly because the projects in this locality are getting completed at a very fast pace and by the day, newer projects keep coming up. It could also be because the price of the raw materials like cement and iron has gone up. So if the price stabilizes, it hits the already existing projects badly and the builders increase prices to make up for losses.
