Latest Answer: Yes not only the Market canal, I have heard that plans are underway to even renovate the entire Ernakulam maket. The market will be getting interlocking tiles from its one entrance to the other and the garbage from all the shops around the market will be collcted by the corporation itself. And the roads have been widened on both the sides too.
