Latest Answer: Pearls Riviera is a project that has been started by the Pearls Infrastructure group that has constructed many good apartments and projects in other cities like Mumbai, Pune, Nagpur and Madurai, They are pretty reputed builders, apart from that, Kalady is a prime location.... it is close to the Koratta railway station and KSEB bus stop.
