Latest Answer: The real estate market in Ameerpet has seen many ups and down in the past few years! I remember them being the highest during 2013 September or something, They were around 10,000 rupees per sq ft!! Bu then, the very same year, the prices dropped to 4,800 rupees or something. The market here is very unstable actually.
