Latest Answer: Recently, one of my friends happened to tell me about the area of coimbatore. He was working on a project here. That was when I came to know that 40 percent of the property there are individual houses. There are very less apartments here. 20 percent of the land is for residential plots, 20 percent for warehouses and godowns, and 20 percent is the commercial plots.
