According to source, Mr Umesh, president of AFORD aforementioned that , AFORD had organized a property expo coinciding with the Union budget from February month 27 to March one. Although the step was encouraging step, none of the enquiries have translated into actual sales. We had regular it with the budget hoping that some positive announcements within the budget would improve market sentiments leading to increase in booking of housing units. This has not happened so far.
