Latest Answer: so, the government felt the need for a master plan..that's good. Over the years, the city was developing and expanding. But there was no clear planning to identify the new areas that are developed. In my opinion, many parts of Kochi are developed. But, you can also see that the western side of Kochi is still underdeveloped. That is why, there has to be a detailed and comprehensive planning in Kochi.
