Latest Answer: THat was some good thinking. But apparenlty the government has't been able to find the concesionaire that can help with the funding. Tamil Nadu Infrastructure Developmental Board's report has basically now brough this project to a stand still. Have to wait to find out what happens.

Latest Answer: I heard that the corporation will shift the omnibus stand on Avinashi Road. Two places near Codissia and Le Meridian hotel were identified but a final decision is yet to be taken. There is not enough space to enter the omnibus stand near 100 Feet Road
