Latest Answer: Even though there is a good leap, I am of the opinion that the supply is still grossly inadequate when compared to the potential demand. For example, Kakkanad is the city's IT destination, there will be huge job in the coming years. But the supply by all the builders together would be just 10000 to 12000 apartments.
