Q:Hi. Can someone tell me how much deposit I should pay for a 2bhk house in HRBR layout? I'm considering houses in kammanahalli, hennur, kalyan nagar etc. My friends said 6 month deposit is fine, but not many house owners are agreeing. What's the right amount?
Latest Answer: @ Promod- I'm sure you can convince your landlord to reduce the deposit by a bit. My roommate and I were suppose to pay Rs 135,000 deposit, but my landlord agreed to take Rs 100,000.
