Q:Guys, can you please help me in advising on this projects ?Yesterday I visited 2 projects - French Apartment and Samridhi Grand AvenueI liked the floor structure of both projects and I found good inner material for Samridhi but location is plus point for French Apartment as it's near to Kishan Chowk.Both seems convincing in terms of delivering their projects - French committed to deliver by Dec 2016(Phase 1) and Samridhi by end of 2017 or by max mid of 2018 I'm going to chose French Apartment but can you please suggest, is it going to be worth in terms of quality w.r.t others projects near by ?
Latest Answer: Apart from that when i have discussed regarding this project came to know that IFMS (Interest free Maintenance Charges) Rs.20/sq-ft, Preferential location charges such as Park/Pool, Road facing (Mandatory)-Rs.100/sq-ft. Corner facing (Mandatory):- Rs.5/sq-ft.Lease rent-Rs./sq-ft., External Electrification Charges:- Rs.40/sq-ft., Fire fighting charges- Rs.40/sq-ft.Covered car parking Rs. 2 lakh, Club Membership Charges- Rs.50000 and Power backup - Rs.15000 (1KVA)
