Q:Hi All,Greetings to you!.I visited two residential site projects (first one named Raja Honeydew- BMRDA approved) before Pride Vatika, Rolling Hills, Nirman Nisarga and it have been just 1Km from the main road (Bannerghatta jigani road). They are quoting for Rs:1550 per square feet and they are coming down for Rs1525. There are lots of villas around by this project and I am thinking of buying two sets. Is it good to invest in this project and can someone let me know how much maximum I can negotiate. This layout is built in 1995 so it is a DC converted site with A/B khata certificate and have built plan approval. I heard they are coming close to BBMP limits and quoting for Rs:1400-1650 per square feet. Already more than 100+ houses built into this layout. Nirman Layout’ formed on the lands of Koppa village, which was formed during 1995 when the BMRDA act was not in force, and this layout as per the then existing rules was approved by the authorities of local village Panchayath. Some more newly purchased lands have been added to this layout and the proposal to get the approval by BMRDA for the revised Layout plan including newly purchased lands is under process.Can you please recommend or provide your suggestion which one can I take it?.Thanks.

I just got my site at Raja Honey Dew and also the registration is complete.
Did you decide and whats the update on your search?I was told there are 12 more site available day before yesterday and the rest are sold.
