Q:Hi The flat i am looking to buy is on the 5th floor 5/5 (top. There is a penthouse on terrace). I wanted to know is it legal to construct 5 floors in that panchayat layout. Heard its only ground+2 and the builder says they have applied / paid for BRS but haven't got any reply yet. Is it ok to buy there? What all should i check before buying that flat. Please advice.
