Latest Answer: Hi Rahman, I hope you know that Bangalore is facing water crisis these days and many localities have to depend on water tankers for water. So when you know that the project is not having rain water harvesting, no open area, and no water recycling. There is no point of buying a property in such project. And one borewell for 32 units is not at all sufficient and does the project has sewage treatment plant... Please check
