I am agreed with you all but we can not forget a booming locality in Chennai, Madambakkam. Madambakkam as it is very near to Tambaram, Airforce camp, Perungalattur. and it is like old Mylapore with individual houses, a lot of temples and trees, lakes, unaffected by floods and storm, it is serene and an ideal place to invest with an expected growth in the near future.
