There is two litigation going on with this project. First in the Bombay High Court (2014) and second in National Green Tribunal, Pune (2016).

Q:we went to visit prathana builders at andheri but were welcomed with a gush of stinking lavatory smell, poor slum areas and ghastly surroundings, We have visited prathana in dadar and other projects and this is by far the worst, they should do something about it atleast remove the lavatory and have a decent entry!!
