There is two litigation going on with this project. First in the Bombay High Court (2014) and second in National Green Tribunal, Pune (2016).

Q:we went to visit prathana builders at andheri but were welcomed with a gush of stinking lavatory smell, poor slum areas and ghastly surroundings, We have visited prathana in dadar and other projects and this is by far the worst, they should do something about it atleast remove the lavatory and have a decent entry!!

Keemaya Heights by Keemaya Build Pvt. Ltd. is under construction and they have just started the plinth work.
They are charging Rs. 15500/sq-ft now. And the delivery date will be around December'2016.
Latest Answer: At the same time pre-launch and new launch are too risky even if its a good builder. Prices are too high for others that are close to completion. Good area is also another issue. So, many projects that I felt look good find that area is not great or builder has some issues with approvals etc.
