Q: I have an old Builder flat in Indirapuram, ghaziabad. The registered area is 50 Sq. Mtr but, the covered area is around 65 Sq. Mtr.
I would like to rectify the same. Just wanted to enquire, how much will it cost? Is there any panelty for the same? If yes, how much?
Latest Answer: Hi Rahul, Do you have any document, stating that covered area is 65sq-mt. If you have, then take it to the nearest registration office. Ask about rectifying the covered area from 50 sq-mt to 65 sq-mt. Yeah, I think you have to pay some penalty also foe this extra 15 sq-mt.

Q: Hi All,

I have recently purchased an appartment in Shipra Neo Indirapuram Ghaziabad. It was a resale property and i got it registered in my Name after taking the Home Loan from HDFC Bank. Now bank is not accepting EMI till now only monthly interst is being debited from a/c in want of mortgage permission ,so what to do ,we want mortgage permission what steps/action r to be taken to get mortgage permission.

Latest Answer: Project is known to be approved by Ghaziabad Development Authority. But i heard there are issues going on regarding this, have you invested in this project? .

Q: I would like to know whether this society is GDA approved or not? or having any issue like some otther builder flats are having? Please provide the details. Is there any 1BHK available?

Q: As most of us know that some issues was there in noida Extension,
but every thing is clear now.
Till now i have paid around 8-9 lakh rupees to the builder.
My possesion was scheduled to december 2013.

Yesterday i received a letter from gaursons for the installment,
In which they have written that your possession date is shifted
to year 2015.
If you want to cancel your booking, we will return all your money
with an interest 11%.
I have taken a loan of 16 lakhs rupees and the bank is charging
12% interest, that means there is no worth in cancelling the booking.

I am planning to fight for my right.
If any one who is facing the same problem with this project, kindly contact me.
