Do you have any document, stating that covered area is 65sq-mt. If you have, then take it to the nearest registration office. Ask about rectifying the covered area from 50 sq-mt to 65 sq-mt. Yeah, I think you have to pay some penalty also foe this extra 15 sq-mt.
Q:Got an opportunity of buying one flat at a co operative in action area 1. I am not the member of the cooperative. Builder says I can buy the flat..no problem. I can even take loan against it. Please tell me if there is any loop holes? or will I face any difficulty at the time of registration? Or will there be any problem at the time of selling the flat?
Latest Answer: Co-operative housing is a legal entity that owns real estate consisting of one or more residential buildings. It is no way related to the lower income people.
