Thanks for your response. I really appreciate it. However, I think this pertains to Mumbai. My query was related to Pune. The builder has told me that one needs to pay the property tax at Undri Panchayat,Pune, since the project is still not yet in Pune Municipal corporation. I've searched the net for the Panchayat office details, but have been unsuccessful so far. I guess I'll need to make a trip to Pune to sort this matter out, as online payment facility may not be available with the Panchayat.

Q:I am disappointed with delays in getting our home. Assured frustration. We are sick of empty promises, they guaranteed to give us possession by Dec 2014, and we took their word for it and now we are paying Rent and EMI. Uncertain about the possession date though given in writing which is farther then the verbal promises, In fact the date promised by a VP has also changed. Split AC, Modular Kitchen, and Hob and Chimney everything changed from as presented in sample flat at the time of booking. They are not open, ethical and transparent the customers. They have only one answer for any of you questions is a management decision we can not do anything. Careless in terms of documentation and need to follow-up many times. Construction is very slow and had stopped for months. And they have their golden rule to always adhere to timelines and commitments.
