Latest Answer: Undri has depreciated over the time by 1% whereas Charholi has appreciated by around 4%, I can tell you that within 2 years, both the areas would not have any scope of price appreciation. You should consider areas like Pimpri Chinchwad or Dobarwadi for investment purposes. With some good residential projects by well known brands, people are surely investing in these areas because of the quality of construction. I recently came across a Mahindra project called L'artista. It is one residential project, you should consider visiting, amazing amenities and commendable offering in terms of construction.
