Defence Colony, wagholi
Q: Hi all, Please don't invest in this project-Defence colony-wagholi area. I had booked a flat in phase 4, but had no cancel the booking. Now, the builder is not ready to pay back the amount to me. He is always making excuses like-tomorrow/next week etc. They all look like cheats. -PP

Latest Answer: Hi Pratik, If the builder is not refunding your money and giving lame excuses then I would suggest you to take help from a legal expert and act accordingly.
