Q: Hey guys, I was planning to move to Mhow in a few years. The plan is to buy a flat in the place. How about Ishan Platinum Paradise. The project has already caught my attention. But, before fixing, can I know if it is a plot or a residential apartment? can I also get some info regarding this plot and the amenities that they provide?
Latest Answer: Oh, but i heard that the most basic facility, that is, security is provided for the plots and the houses that are to be built there. The project has aprovals from the Indore Development Authority. They also have bank approvals from Indiabulls as well as ICICI bank. So, taking a loan for the apartment is not very difficult.

Q: Has anything of any relevence been planned for Mhow. See I'm asking because I want to invest here, but I'll only do so if there is some relevent industrial development in this region ?
Latest Answer: I'm getting the feeling that its going to be massive. Once this industrial region is active there is going to be a large number of job opportunities, which will obviously lead to a higher demand in housing. So yeah, I support you in your decision to invest in Mhow now.
