Q: The project was started in 2006 and is still not yet ready for occupation (as on date of posting this message). A lot of buyers have come together to form an association. Please speak to few buyers from the association before making the decision.

Q: I heard that the management has started to register apartments for the owners now and the woodwork is also started - if this has come up to the registration phase then possession & occupancy certificate should also be available.

3 bedroom house that I saw is good. good play space for kids.
ample parking space for my Duster(I hav a problem in my aptmt,THE JEEP IS VERY HUGE they say!!) also they say there is Car wash bay.
i heard they have rain harvesting feature also

Q: Request all owners of flat in Beverly Park on this forum to come together so we can meet the builder as a group & enquire about date of possession? I went to the site today (31st Mar'13) again and spoke to the security guards on duty, it seems the work has come to a complete stand still. There are hardly some 30 workers on the site doing bit of cleaning work and watering the plants. I believe the director's mail id is dhiraj@skylineconstructions.com, I have written mails to him however he does not respond to any of the mails. If we approach him as a group we might know the real status.

Also, Is anyone aware of what the real cause of delay is? Any legal dispute or financial crunch?

Latest Answer: ALL flat owners must file a case in State Consumer Forum Court. Only then, the builder will come out from his hibernation.

Q: Betterment charges here are to paid the municipal bodies(BBMP Bangalore) for providing better civic amenities in the future.
Who is liable to pay the betterment charges. Is it the builder or the flat-owner?
Normally when should the betterment charges be paid? Is it before construction or after construction?
I think these charges needs to be paid while getting the sanction plan from the concerned authorities.
Latest Answer: Betterment charges will be collected from property owners who have benefited from the services of BBMP such building, asphalting and widening of roads, construction of grade separators, laying storm water drains (SWD), underground drainage (UG) system and street lights.

Q: I would like to know when this project will be completed and handed over to us. There is enormus delay and we are put in to hard ship after investing 90% of the cost.
