Q:If you have any respect and love for your hard earned money, don't ever buy an apartment or any property from AVS Builders. I bought an apartment in AVS Orchard Sector 77 Noida, 3 years back and the construction site still looks exactly the same as it did before.There has been absolutely no construction activity going down there at all since the past year. The picture above itself is misleading, the white color, fully constructed building on the left, belongs to the adjacent society and not to AVS. They even removed their management office from the location, so nobody can come and bother them anymore. If you are okay with wasting your money and see it thrown down in a dump, then you should definitely go with AVS. They wont dissapoint, I promise.
