Q:I will be moving to Sonestaa Meadows soon to my uncle's flat although I know the road is pathetic and maintenance is too high for the standards which builder maintaineda. Which mobile net work and internet network works good in Sonestaa Meadows.b. What is the reason for charging so much maintenance charges to occupants?

Project has come up nicely. I agree to that. But when the builder will finally hand over the property ? No clarity ? What CDP plans you are taking about ? isn't the fence for last two years ? Anybody helping? and how come builder has applied for an A khata where there is no OC. Builder has never applied for the OC. Ask him to show the application and better to check with office. All the apartment builders in this area somehow get the approvals from BBMP showing 40ft Road. Now, All land owner has objection to the road. Land owners are asking four to six times the market price due to which BBMP itself is not able to acquire. although there is lot of discussions/negotiations going on, there doesn't seems to be a hope as you can clearly see its pending for last two years.
Just talk to one of the residents choosen randomly and see real picture before investing such a project.

Latest Answer: Don't Buy Anything On Sonestaa Meadows/ Sonestaa Silver Oak. No matter how convincing the builder is, road will not come for at least 5 years. Fence is there for last two years. Builder is promising from 2011.
Implications are you will not get a OC and A Khata due to road as ambulances/Fire will not be able to enter. You will further suffer due to narrow road.
All the owners are trapped. Builder is super crap. You will likely to struggle for association formation or anything you require from builder.You end up paying high maintenance charges. There is no clarity on building handover. Builder and associates behaves like a goon and threaten you time to time.
