Q: It is heard that, there is only 8ft road and there is no clarity on road development. Neighbor in the locality frequently blocking the road. Never buy property in that area. Wondering how these builders are getting approval.
Latest Answer: Don't Buy Anything On Sonestaa Meadows/ Sonestaa Silver Oak. No matter how convincing the builder is, road will not come for at least 5 years. Fence is there for last two years. Builder is promising from 2011. Implications are you will not get a OC and A Khata due to road as ambulances/Fire will not be able to enter. You will further suffer due to narrow road. All the owners are trapped. Builder is super crap. You will likely to struggle for association formation or anything you require from builder.You end up paying high maintenance charges. There is no clarity on building handover. Builder and associates behaves like a goon and threaten you time to time.

Q: Looks like it is a big trap for the buyers. there is no clear road to the project but selling is going on. Can someone explain how they got the permission?
