information about possession dates and rates of flats
Q: i want to buy a flat and my budget is around 75 lacs. would like to know the rates at Mantri park and the possession status. i want a flat at any floor above 10th floor

Latest Answer: I'm MANTRI PARK resident from last 3 years as OWVER but I'll strongly suggest you not to waste your hard earned money ( even a penny ) with this waste project which doesnt even have required drinking water supply , OC is not available, structure has severe cracks and its at least 15 Year OLD and this builder is cheater becoz he is selling such OLD building also as NEW one under name SERENE.
