Q: I am interested in buying a flat in Purva Panorama on Bannergatta Road. Would like to know if Purva Panorama will get affected if the proposed widening of Bannergatta road to 45 meters comes through as per the Govt plan . Are there any legal issues with regard to this property .

Latest Answer: Hey, Few months back I read about the widening of Bannerghatta road, where it was mentioned that around 400 private property owners would lose partial or full portions of their properties during the execution of the road widening project. So be careful

Status SC/St case on purva panorama
Q: Do not buy any property in purva panorama because SC/ST case is going on from last 7 years and nobody is telling the status? Now a days flats are not getting A Khata as well because of land issue. Maintenance charges are also very hight (3 Rs/sqft) Still owners are asking for 70 lakhs for 2BHK,actual price should be somewhere around 60.

Latest Answer: I feel we can accede to use of club house for Karate class during rainy season as requested by Mrs. Sandhya Sawant

Voterid, UID, Electoral list ?
Q: Few questions if anybody can help to provide some more information/updates.
1. Applied for UID couple of months back but cards have not yet come for any applicant out of three. On website, status shows as "aadhar id is under generation" for 2 applications, while for 3rd, id is created and I have received from web.

2. Applied for voterid more than 3-4 months back but nothing received so far. Plan to apply again through web. Which of the below website should be used?

3. I heard that to vote, it is not enough to have vote-id card but name should be added into electoral roll/list of local ward. We have to apply for that separately in local ward/department. Any idea?

Q: I love my new apartment at Purva Panorama! The complex is very spacious and beautiful. You can even relax by the swimming pool. It's like an ideal getaway. I would rate them a 4 on 5.

Latest Answer: do remember fire incident happened on Apr 26th and two fatalities? Still this association does not care and hidden everything. frequent issues and problem. They make big picture by postering lavish, but low on safety and security. shame on Association who did not care about the loss of two human being. Time will answer!!!
