Latest Answer: Hello Ashish, There is two litigation going on with this project. First in the Bombay High Court (2014) and second in National Green Tribunal, Pune (2016). I will suggest you to stay away with such project. Thanks

Q: we went to visit prathana builders at andheri but were welcomed with a gush of stinking lavatory smell, poor slum areas and ghastly surroundings, We have visited prathana in dadar and other projects and this is by far the worst, they should do something about it atleast remove the lavatory and have a decent entry!!

Hello, I wanted to to know how much is the 2 bhk flat going for?
Q: I live in the USA and want to know if there are any 2 bhk flats left to go. I was recommended by a friend of mine who has bought some flats at La Citadel.

Latest Answer: Hi Prasad, i had a word with the buiders office and was advised that the rate for 2 bhks is around Rs 19500/sqft and unfortunately there are no units available... you can also check if any resale units are available..but gues you shouls eithe rhire someone or your relatives to look for you.
