Q: I have an Apartment with Jaypee Greens at Sports City Kove.. I live overseas so have no idea when this project will be delivered and have read conflicting new in the media. Would any one be able to advise and guide me. I only receive information when they want a payment

Latest Answer: Unfortunately even after 6 to 7 years, only the superstructure is complete of a few towers. Now that is no big deal !! This is done by almost all builders so as to place a demand of the next installment after completing superstructure. Now you see the speed of construction. you shall go mad paying EMI of 70 percent amount paid and will then wait for many more years for possession. This is what they have done. Compensation is peanuts at Rs 5 per sq foot. Despite repeated communication on expected date of possession, they are not reverting at all. That creates lot of fear and ambiguity in mind. I am not paying the next installment because my EMI for another 22 lacs will start. It would be any day advisable to fight for 18 lacs rather than 40 lacs given. That is my humble submission. I have already lost a lot with other builders and learnt a lot. Now even the IBC is favouring these builders by introducing amendments like mandatory 10 percent or 100 guys to file under sec 7 of the IBC

Q: I have bought 3BHK flat in Golden Palm Village, Sector 22A but the builder has reduced the area of clubs and other amenities without reducing the price. The possession is also delayed as the project is going v slow. Please advise whether to hold this (for how many terms) flat and is there any proposed metro route here

Q: Hello! We have been allotted a 1BHK Flat abt 30 sq. Mtr by 'Yamuna Expressway Authority' which's expected to be completed by 2017.

Pl advice what Premium we can expect IMMEDIATELY and in next 3-4 years.
