Q: I am planning to purchase a DC converted plot falling within Doddaballapur City Muncipal Council jurisdiction. Can anyone please suggest me the procedure to obtain a khata from the CMC and what are the documents issued by the CMC for the Khata.
Latest Answer: DC converted land requires approvals from town planning authority like BIAPPA, BDA, BMRDA etc to ensure that proper space has been allocated for roads and other amenities as per government rules. Now-a-days DC does not give the conversion order without their approvals. You may get a general Khata issued by the local Panchayat.

Q: Can anyone please advise me whether DODDAABALLAPUR taluk comes under the jurisdiction of BBMP for assessment of property tax . If not whether the CMC can issue a khata
Latest Answer: I am not so sure but it might come under BMRDA or BIAPPA. For both the case you not get A Khata or B Khata. (A Khata and B Khata is only for properties coming under BBMP or BDA limits) You will get a general Khata issued by the local Panchayat. For these kind of properties you can pay the property tax either online or pay it in Bangalore One office or even you can pay it to the local Panchayat from where you have registered your property.

Q: I may please be guided whether, for a residential site located in Shivapura village of Doddaballapur Taluk , a KHATA has to be obtained from BBMP or Forms 9 and 11 issued by Village panchayat are sufficient.

Q: Can a land owner from Doddaballapur sell a DC converted plot without obtaining BIAAPA approval. Will there be any problems at the time of registration

Q: A layout of 22 plots is made by the owner on DC converted plot and has no other approval. Is it legally safe to buy DC converted land WITHOUT BDA /Biaapa approval. Can I get the approval myself for my individual plot after purchasing the same
Latest Answer: The land was DC converted almost 20 years back. Now, is it mandatory to obtain BIAAPA approval too.

Q: What the rate going on in Rashi Splendour?
