Q: I tries a site visit of Managalm Arpan Villas. From ISKCON Temple onwards the road is so bad and it becomes worst on reaching the Villas.

I request all not to buy the villas as the approach is very bad

Q: I have recently allotted a plot in "DEV VIHAR" through JDA schema Jaipur. Which is actually approx. 10 KM from Main tonk highway(Shivdaspura) and approx. 28 KM from Sanganer Airport. And also there are no any schema other than JDA, no any near by village, approx. 7 KM outside from ring road plan. So i am in confusion should I accept this or not. Kindly advise.

Are you buying this project for residential purpose or investment purpose. 3. Price trends in this locality. 4. What is the rental value of this project in current and in next 5 yrs.

Q: Phulera is a city situated along Delhi-Mumbai Industrial Corridor (DMIC).
