Latest Answer: Hi Samrat, As per my knowledge, among all the schemes, Bagru Green in zone-12 has the best reserve price of Rs 10,000 per square metre, followed by Awantika Vihar and Raghunath Vihar (zone-12), where reserve price is Rs 9,000 per square metre. A JDA official aforesaid the minimum size of a plot would be fastened at 45 square metre , whereas the utmost ceiling would be 252 square metre. For the second time in a year, JDA is ready to launch additional housing schemes soon.

Latest Answer: Hi Rubiya, Being an independent Adviser, I would suggest you something in Mahala as Bichoon still seems a far place and the development would take some time there, Better you find something in Mahala which is before this Bichoon area.... And the appreciation would be better on this places as one of the fellows who took the name of Jyoti Vidyapeeth and RHB are located in Mahala and not in Bichoon... Q: I have invested in Vardhaman group project i.e. Western Heights. The building quality is super ugly and builder gets into verbal abuse whenever you try to request for promised facilities. He is nothing but a FRAUD. Please avoid any project by VARDHAMAN GROUP. I will be taking him court soon.

Q: What is the current status of Jaipur Metro ?
Latest Answer: Hi Ananya..there are two phases of this proposed Jaipur metro. Phase I starts from Mansarovar and connects to Badi Chaupar through Civil Lines and Chandpole. Phase I(B) starts from Badi Chaupar and ends till Chandpole. Phase II will connect Sitapura Industrial Area in south to Ambabari in North through Ajmeri Gate and MI Road. I think you must be clear now.
