Q: I have recently allotted a plot in "DEV VIHAR" through JDA schema Jaipur. Which is actually approx. 10 KM from Main tonk highway(Shivdaspura) and approx. 28 KM from Sanganer Airport. And also there are no any schema other than JDA, no any near by village, approx. 7 KM outside from ring road plan. So i am in confusion should I accept this or not. Kindly advise. Thanks in advance.

Are you buying this project for residential purpose or investment purpose. 3. Price trends in this locality. 4. What is the rental value of this project in current and in next 5 yrs.
