Some of them are Casagrand Builders, Salarpuria Sattva Group, Ahuja Group, Nest Habitation. However, I suggest you check if the property is 100% Vastu friendly rather than blindly believing in their words.

Latest Answer: Yes, the Honourable Supreme Court of India passed a judgement stating that all builders/contractor(s)/all concerned authorities of any State engaged in Housing Construction activity in any manner are responsible to Consumer Protection Act, 1986 for any act or omission relating to housing activity such as delay in delivery of possession, non-completion of construction within the stipulated time, defective and faulty construction and more.

Is it worth to buy a flat at vedapatti?
Q: I thought of buying a flat in coimbatore and It should be below 30L. I have come up with one at vedapatti. So that my monthly rent become my load repayment. The thing what worrying me is the locality and facility to commute. Need you guidance on this regard.

Latest Answer: Also I happen to meet a Dhanam Nagar resident. He claimed the plot value is around 4-5 Lakhs per cent. It depends where the site is and direction it faces and road width. Also he said local brokers get the land from seller at 3 Lakhs and sell it after few months at market price. Each broker there have around 10 sites in their name. Seems that they are waiting for Airport expansion project and bypass to start.

TVH Vista Heights
Q: Can anyone tell me if it is better to buy it for 65 lacs?

Latest Answer: If you are buying from them think twice. They are either financially very weak and unable to deliver or just cheating people. TVH Vista Heights in Coimbatore - Tower 8 and 9 are more than 7yrs delay. They still have not fully delivered. Further they refuse to pay delay compensation and keep saying we are working on it. For gods sake, does it so many years? I wish high court or supreme court or government agency(hopefully not in the pocket of promoters of TVH) take a suo motu case against and bring justice to thousands left hanging by N Ravichandran
