Q: DEAR OWNER OF WHISPERING TOWER -HDIL, One has to speak now loudly rather than whispering. It is already 2 years over, no progress, just last month they started some activities, also heard they demand more for car park 7 lakh, than the agreed amount of 5 lakh during booking. Q: Those booked the flat with HDILWHISPERING TOWER, MULUND, please come under one platform to discuss various issues. The project will be delayed indefinitely. HDIL is known for delay and poor quality of work. They are talking about 42 floor tower !! construction quality is very poor.
