Q: Dear Purab Manor Residents,
This is to request the owner of White Santro Car No TN39 AW3684 to remove his/her car from parking slot 85. The parking slot is required by resident of A015 for parking his car.
I have not been able to locate the car owner & hence this post.
Anyone with information about the Santro car owner is requested to share the information.
I can be contacted in flat A015 Purab Manor or on mobile 7411002882

Q: Hi owners,

I am planning to buy an apartment in the Block B. Can you help me with some basic queries so that I can take a well informed decision.

1. Though water is an issue across Bangalore, what is the current condition in Purab Manor
2. Is the water very hard?
3. What is the attitude of the builder and his people?
4. By when can we expect the amenities work to be completed?
5. Are there any specific things I should be aware of while making the purchase?
6. What according to you should be the right price per sqft?
7. What is an approximate value of monthly maintenance that I should look towards paying?

Thanks
Chirag

Q: It seems value for money. The rate has already gone up A few glitches here and there are expected since it is still under construction. So any intelligent guy will not expect to see a ready swimming pool and kids park in the middle of construction . If u r investing go ahead, as it is the rate is better than surrounding complexes.
Latest Answer: Purab Manor is the brand new pioneering creation by the renowned Kmf builder located at an excellent locality of Bangalore which is much far from the hustle and bustle of the city.

Q: Its the hell, u are always approached with dsmax guyz... no roadmap when & for what we should contact Kmf builders, never come to picture, they themselves are confused and not clear on their roles, internal fights, false promises, low prices low quality of services.
Don't rely and don't get to this hell, kmf or dsmax all liars and rude.
Latest Answer: It sounds very scary... Anybody wants to share their thoughts. I have a flat in B-block.

Q: Hi, I am planning to buy a flat in Purab, Can you please let me know if there are any issues with the project approval and any other pending issues with the builder.
Latest Answer: Don't buy without consulting at least 5 residents. The builders are born-cheats. Invest your money in a better property. You can see the state of the apartment (not painted, the basement is not even plastered properly). This is the state of the apartment, 2 years after the promised date of completion. Now the builder is saying that this is the final product and they are planning to sell this off quickly and leave. It is shabby place. Please avoid. PS: I am a owner / resident myself.
