Q: I have bought an apartment with Ramprastha. In my dealings with them, I found their team to be extremely rude and arrogant. As an individual, I have always believed in civilised discussions to resolve differences. However legitimate requests for basic clarifications are met with disdain. The promises made at the time of sale are flatly and unabashedly retracted. Saurabh Rana and Ashish have set standards in impoliteness. They are launching new projects and it is important to share experience of previous buyers.
Q: Any idea when the company will handover the possession of the Ramprastha Edge Towers, Sec 37D, Gurgaon?
Q: is it a good investment and what about nearby infrastructure
