I found review of Momos from Kochi, Sushil from Aligarh, Scaredofkhb from Delhi and few more others. But reality is, KHB Apartments are meant for Karnataka residents. How come these outsiders got apartments in this project? This surprises to me :) Moreover, I met with residents who already residing there..they don't have any issues :) Surprise to see so many outside Kannadiga's negative reviews, when they are not eligible for apply !!
Dear Basavaraj, I guess you have paid bribe and satisfied. You dont know, what people said it to me who have already resided in KHB diamond / platinum. Is there maintenance which are highly charged compared to other apartments and is construction is of good quality. Your comments on non karnataka people is not ok. If your so worried, why cant to go and tell your bribed khb ppl to not sell the flats to others.
Monos-I have not paid a single rupee as bribe and now sale deed was done and for your information, now the flat owners created society and maintenance is under them. I saw and discussed the same with the flat owners who are residing there.
Hi All, Please do not buy KHB Diamond / platinum apartments. Ashok - AEE & Ravi Sharanappa - EE are big thief's. They eat our hard earned money. I am literally writing with lot of troubles faced in these apartments. We don't have maintenance but we need to compulsory pay the maintenance of 23000/- which comes to 2200 per month. KHB people are least bothered about the people leaving here. 1. No Security 2. No Electricity 3. No Water
I was alloted flat in KHB diamond. See the price chart told by khb people to me ( Venkatesh - Case worker, Ravi Sharanappa - AEE) 1. Flat Price - 28 Lakhs 2. Mandatory - charges to be paid to KHB people - 50,000/- ( if not, sale deed will not be signed by officers in KHB office) 3. You need to pay another pay 50,000/- to Venkatesh to give you the Signed Sale Deed 4. You need to pay compulsory 5,000 /- for Army Stamp ( No reciept will be given ) 5. You need to pay 10,000 /- for Pocession Certificate 6. You need to pay 10,000 /- for Name change in Electric Meter 7. Last is Registration charges - 2 Lakhs So i have cancelled my allotment and will be happy to stay in rented house than in KHB flat
Hi All, I am one of the allottee in KHB diamond and also occupied. Construction of Apartment is pathetic. Walls are not plastered with cement instead they have constructed only with sand. You will come to notice only when you do wood work. As stated by many people in this forum, we are suffering without water and no cleaning, We are suffering!! We are suffering!! We are suffering!! KHB people will collect money for maintenance in advance before registration of your flat. KHB flat Registration is like a launching Rocket. You need to wait for a year or pay bribe of minimum of 1 lakh. After all these hurdles, You will be tortured & harassed by BDS builders (mumbai based construction company) and they sometimes are very good in using foul language against flat owners. Worst case is they sneak into your flat and behave badly with women who are alone. I have registered FIR in Kengeri Police Station for misbehavior by BDS builders here. However, no action taken as i am not from karnataka.
oh great, nice to see so many bad reviews about KHB diamond apartments. I had been to one of friends house warming ceremony and came to notice that, khb are collecting money from flat owners to provide water to perform poojas even though same khb ppl have already collected money for the same in the name of maintainence deposit. If questioned, you will be harrassed by builders and no support will be provided.
My Friend was in helpless situation and he was in tears when he entered the premises without water to do pooja.
I being from delhi and being a builder, i say karnataka is pathetic in robbing people money in the name of government and even government are idiots.
You know, what KHB is charging 2.5 rs per Sq Ft as a maintence charges. Where you don't have swimming pool, club house, gym, children's play ground & park. But, same private apartment owners will provide all these beautiful facilities and amenities by charging just 1 to 1.25 rs per Sq FT.
I agree that maintenance charges quoted by the builder differs from project to project but how can this builder quote Rs 2.5 per sqft when he is not provide any kind of amenities and facilities
Moorthy, thanks for the feedback. I being a builder in delhi and Kolkata, i charge only 1/- per sq ft as maintainence, and do i provide all the facilities.
Builders and KHB have eaten lot of peoples money and have Constructed a Apartment with flats which can withstand for another 5 to 8 years and beyond this, people are 100% sure that, Total building will collapse and all hard earned money will be gone.
No Electricity, Water, Security and etc. But, KHB will take money on time with penalties. Do not buy the KHB property. If you people are planning to buy KHB property plan for alternate rent house or better to buy in slum KHB properties are worst than slum.

Project Started in 2011...Still, going on. Probably, will be completed in 2015 or 2016 or 2017 and goes on...since, this is run by government. No good Quality of mud is used and single brick wall is built to divide between two flats....And, people who got the allotment and also paid full amount have already started paying the installments(if taken loan) and still this will continue.
I hope, still construction is not completed. I had visited today and got a information about possession. My wild guess is completion and possession will happen in 2020
It is one of the upcoming project by Karnataka Housing Board. The project is located on on Kengeri Vishveshwaraiah Layout Main Road. It offers 1 and 2 BHK apartment.
