The process is very easy and one can apply online as well . You can visit KHB site and click on the tab apply online. Fill all the details required in the form and also upload the photographs. Click on the check box asking if you have agreed to all the Terms and Conditions.

After filling the complete form you can click on the submit button to submit the form. Doing this a uniquely generated "Online Registration Number” will be sent on your registered email id. It will contain the option for you to make the payment.

The registration fee depends on the size of the apartments. The fee ranges from Rs 500 to Rs 2,000 but the registration fee is non refundable.
