Which all banks are providing loans in this project ? As if I m getting for resale, I have to take half the amount as loan. Is the project approved ?

Banks such as HDFC Bank, Axis Bank, LIC Housing Finance Ltd, State Bank of India, HSBC, ICICI Bank, Canara Bank, State Bank of Mysore, HDFC Home loans have approvals for home loans in this project. Yes this project is approved by BBMP.

No currently they don't have cauvery water connection, but they have one bore-well in their project.

@Venugopalan : The price per sq ft will be around Rs 6,500. The expected possession will be by Dec 2014.

Hello Venugopalan : this project includes 2bhk, 3bhk and 4bhk. The price is Rs 46 lakhs for 2bhk, for 3bhk is around Rs 64 lakhs and for 4bhk is Rs 72 lakhs. The size would be for 2bhk is 1130 sq ft, 3bhk is 1500 sq ft and 4bhk is 1802 sq ft.
