Stay away from LGCL if you want peace of mind. The only project they have delivered is LGCL Ashlar and the rest of them are in various stages of 'incompletion'. Take Bamboo Forest for example, the project has taken more than 5 years and continues to be incomplete. While a couple of them have moved in, the common amenities are yet to be completed. Luminaire again same story and add to it it was in a legal mess. The management is incompetent and non responsive once they have your money. If you don't trust this review ask anyone who had booked Bamboo Forest or Luminaire. I know at least a couple of them in Bamboo Forest and Luminnairre who are fighting LGCL in courts. Bottom line you care about your hard earned money, keep a very very safe distance from this developer. They have launched apartments now and some other projects with some schemes but be assured getting your house delivered will remain a distant dream at best.
Hi Minku, Recently I have visited their website as I was planning to book a town house in LGCL One Street and saw that they have completed LGCL Ashlar and LGCL Bamboo Forest. But you are telling that Bamboo Forest is not yet completed.
HSR layout is one of the most happening area of Bangalore. The area is well connected to all parts of the city including Electronic City, Hosur Road, Sarjapur Road, Whitefeild Road and located by the side of Koramangala. The area has wide roads; very less traffic chaos is the beauty of the residential area. Only disadvantage of the area is there are lot of construction works going on which create some noise and dust around the area.
Are they quoting any discounts or negotiations ? Heard its a prelaunch project so there must be some pre launch price offers. Can you please give me details on the price negotiations.

This project includes 3bhk and 4bhk. The price for 3bhk will be around Rs 3.44 crores and for 4bhk will be Rs 5.01 crores. The size is 3319-3379 sq ft for 3bhk ans 3800 sq ft for 4bhk.

Hello Abilasha, This project is located in HSR Layout. From silk board if you go straight towards flyover, the project is on the left side before the flyover, that would be around 500m. The nearest landmark would be Reliance Auto showroom.
