Amrapali builder is biggest fraud !!
please do not get into trap of this builder. i have booked 3bhk in crystal homes 2 years back and till now construction has not yet started..they have no funds for construction and they keep befooling ppl.
no body picks up your call..when you go to their office..no one is there to meet you.
once you have booked your flat..you are doomed.
one more fraud is no emi till posession scheme, they initially paid for 6 months after that they have stopped paying money. I have lost all my hard money becz of this pathetic builder. i just want my money back !!!

Amrapali Crystal Homes is close to FNG Expressway at sector 76, Noida. Sector 76 as per the master plan provisions from Noida Master Plan 2031 is proposed to be established as a residential sector. Amrapali Crystal Homes is surrounded by two prestigious township development namely Supertech Cape Town in Sector 74, priced at Rs. 5850/- per square feet and AIMS Golf City in Sector 75, priced at Rs. 4700/- per square feet.
Project has been averagely priced and can be recommended to investor but main concern of project is delivery as Noida market has been continuously showing slow performance. Amrapali Crystal Homes is a high rise group housing project from the renowned developer Amrapali Group. It is located in sector 76 Noida, close to Faridabad Noida Ghaziabad (FNG) Expressway. It is surrounded by two prestigious township development namely Supertech Cape Town and AIMS Golf City in Sector 75. Main concern is Noida is dominated by slow pace of construction and delayed possession, so investors have to make do their calculation. Guys please be aware that there is a big issue going on with this project .Okhla bird sanctuary falls within 10 kms of this project and hence no OC and registry is being done for people moving in.Amrapali is giving illegal possession to people without these clearances and also providing water electricity in house and not from authority as OC is mandatory.

What would be feasibility of buying a RTM 2BHK flat for 50 -55 lacs in Silicon City and putting it on rent? What rental should one expect or the other option is that 1 buys a fresh inventory in Crystal homes under the flexi payment plan. (The purchase is from an investment perspective)

@Daniel,
Dont expect much on rental front, decent 15k including maintenance. Cyrstal Homes flexi plan is also good but Amrpali is not able to sell it well and they keep changing layout and plans..So be careful before investment.

HI all,
Does anyone have any idea about how long will the construction here take to begin? I am interested in booking a flat with the project but my friend says that if Amrapali says its 2016, it will be 2020! Is it so? Your advise is highly appreciable. Kindly reply as soon as possible.

@Amitabh,
Look for some other projects such as JM Orchid or Aditya Celebrity Homes or Skytech Matrott. Another project in this area will be the best options and maximum return. Find some good builder in this area with good construction quality and on time delivery of possession. So you reduce your risk for investment.

The current residential property rate in the locality is between Rs. 4600-6200/sq-ft. As far as my knowledge is concerned one can get a 25-30% appreciation in 2-3 years of investment period. As the locality has well developed and close to IT Hub, Markets, Schools, Hospitals, Metro Station etc.

It is just 45 mins IGIA, 3 kms from Fortis Hospital, 2 kms from nearby Metro Station, 10 mins drive from Sec-18 market, 5 mins drive from Golf Course, 1.5 kms distance from Sai Mandir etc.

The possession of the project is in 2016 end or 2017 Jan.. The project has good locational advantages also. I guess for investment the project is really good there are all chances for the prices to go !

Hmmm Nishant the project 's BSP is Rs 5400 per sq ft and also you have pay the parking charges are other maintenance charges also. And all the leading banks have approved the project.

Hi, yes the project is good for end use as well as investment. The project has 2 and 4 bhks.. The sizes ranges between 1375 - 2175 SQFT ..
