Q:I have bought an apartment from a renowned builder. The authorized approval was to build 7 floors but the builder is extending it and building 3 more floors. After asking builder, he told he will get approval from the authorities. Have I done something wrong in investing in such a property? Please help
Latest Answer: Please ask your builders whether they will get the approval. Ask for a written statement for a proof so that the residents do not get into trouble. If the building does not get approval then you can ask for your money back before possesing the apartment.
