Q:Lodha has decided to suspend construction of Lodha Excellencia, Thane and are smartly calling individual buyers to their office and offering them 12% simple interest p.a. on the monies paid or offering some discount on their new projects elsewhere.They have cheated people of their hard-earned money and offering peanuts now. Can someone take legal action against such errant reputed builders???
Latest Answer: Hi, I booked my flat on Sept' 2009 at Runwal Garden City-Phase 2. Building name Jasmine, Balkum, Thane and the possession date in agreement is Dec 2011, but still no possession is given. Please look into the issue. Regards, Vishal
