Q: Hey guys what’s the ASSOCHAM? I’m asking because I found out that they recently released a strategy to improve Hyderabad connectivity infrastructure with the other states. But, guys how will it help the real estate scene around here?
Latest Answer: Hi all, Assocham has suggested to the Telangana government to take growth outside Hyderabad by building infrastructure in other parts of the state. He also state that Telangana has potential to achieve double-digit growth rate, it called for expediting ongoing infrastructure projects and creating new infrastructure in other parts of the state. The state needs to roll out a strategy for taking to take growth to other parts of Telangana as aspirations for generating more jobs and improved standard of living have mainly fuelled the formation of India's 29th state

Q: Hi guys what is the update about the RTR Marg ??? i heard a new fly over?? when will it start will it effect the normal traffic?

Latest Answer: The flyover will cost Rs 140 crore. the main focus if the project is to link the airport and NH-8. Especially of Palam Marg residents, whose bungalows face the road, opposed the takeover of a service lane outside their houses for the project. The main reason for which this flyover is coming up is, long back this flyover was reduced to a single carriageway, resulting in a traffic bottleneck and daily chaos.
