Q:We have booked a flat with Shriram Suhaana (expected completion Aug 2014) a month ago, now they have informed us due to MoEF new proposal of 100 ft. wide approach road the project approval G+13 has been stalled. Would like to know whether other customers have also faced such problem who have recently blocked flats with G+8 and above projects?
Q:The new guideline given by the government is applicable to all major cities in India. Then what is the major concern for the real estate developers of Kerala?
Latest Answer: The infrastructure of the Kerala is not enough to support the guideline. Kerala does not have enough land for wider peripheral road, and many more like that.
The government has to work hard to enhance the infrastructure to facilitate the support, so that the builders can follow the giudeline.
